VPS.net Free account - Customer service - Billing
Documentation of a customer service interaction with VPS.net. I found it to be good service but not Great service. They do get bonus points for providing the free account so stay tuned for more adventures.

I signed up through the code available on the back on my DrupalCon program. I have selected that I have no backups at all. When I checked my account there are no backups scheduled. See Snapshot attached. But yet you are billing me $10.
