Interesting.  I like the voting system.  I like the Endnote and Bibtex
export links at the bottom.  They don't hand you the PDF, I assume to
obey copy right law?

Access is really the issue for me.  I want access to all knowledge for all citizens of earth free of charge.

I want to obey copyright laws but choose access as my first priority.
