Just finished watching SALT - Lots chase scenes, big stunts and lots plot surprises. I give it 5 Stars for action and plot twists. Perfect movie for a run on my STFitness Elliptical 4860. I burned 433 calories in 35 minutes. I then drank 720 calories of Arizona Sweet Tea to recover. So doing the math I'm up 287 calories.
